Biography
Let me begin by telling you about myself and how I began my interest in the film/video industry. While in high school I had an extreme interest in theater, that I participated as a stage manager/hand in all school performances. After high school I attended Northern Illinois University where I originally planned to major in theater. After a short semester I decided that I wanted to concentrate on filmmaking. I left NIU and enrolled in Columbia College Chicago with a concentration in directing. It was not until I directed my first short film that I realized my passion was in the editing process. Therefore, I changed my concentration and graduated from Columbia in 2008 with a Bachelors of Art in Film/Video with a concentration in Editing. While at Columbia I began a director/editor relationship with Del Harvey , who was a professor of mine. You can find more about the relationship in the Short Narratives page. After completing college I landed an internship with Pixel Brothers, they carried the contract for the post-production of the nationally syndicated Jerry Springer and The Steve Wilkos Shows. You can learn more about my internship on the Jerry Springer page. Since my internship I have freelanced various individuals and companies. So, feel free to explore the rest of my site and be sure to check out some of the work I have done on independent short films as well as Television.
